Waves of fire

You ignite the fire in us
Together we are consumed by You
You flow through us to touch many souls
Together we are immersed in You

Your fire makes us furious to overcome fear
We seek Your kingdom to be manifested
Your fire makes us humble to go deeper
We cry out Your will be done on earth

Release Your wind over us
Stimulate our hunger by the Spirit
Pour our Your fresh oil upon us
Let the fire keep burning from the inside out

“Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, and offer to Yahweh pleasing service and acceptable worship with reverence and awe; for our Yahweh is [indeed] a consuming fire.” (Hebrews‬ ‭12:28-29)
