Divine patterns
The horizontal and vertical lines create a simple pattern, yet the work is not merely about geometry. The vertical lines suggest heaven, while the horizontal lines evoke life on earth.
Though they remain distinct, the two movements coexist in quiet harmony. Together, they create a sense of order and rhythm, reflecting a life that dwells in heaven while walking on earth.
A pattern emerges—not through complexity or force, but through faithful repetition. Each stitch becomes a small act of prayer, meditation, and surrender. Over time, the repeated gestures reveal a divine pattern already present, waiting to be seen.

Divine patterns
The more it is emptied,
the more it can receive.
The more it is filled,
the more it can give.
The more it beholds,
the more it becomes.
The more it resembles,
the more it reflects.
The more it lets go,
the simpler it becomes.
The more it grows still,
the steadier it becomes.
A life that follows heaven—
a holy repetition.
A life that dwells in heaven,
yet walks upon this earth.

“So now, beloved ones, stand firm, stable, and enduring. Live your lives with an unshakable confidence. We know that we prosper and excel in every season by serving the Lord, because we are assured that our union with the Lord makes our labor productive with fruit that endures.” (1 Corinthians 15:58)

“그러므로 내 사랑 하는 형제들아 견고하며 흔들리지 말며 항상 주의 일에 더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라 이는 너희 수고가 주 안에서 헛되지 않은 줄을 앎이니라” (고린도전서 15:58)
