How do I change my email settings?
To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:
On the upper right hand corner of any page you’ll see a link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.
Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive email.
I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
To reset your password, click the Sign In link located in the site header and then click “Forgot Your Password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address; after doing so, click “Submit.” You will be sent a temporary password via email, which you can use to sign in to the site. You can then visit the My Account page to officially change your password.
How do I know if an item is available?
All items in SHOP are available for sale unless indicated as “Sold.” Most paintings in PORTFOLIO are available for sale too. If you want to know about the specific art that you are interested in, please message us or leave a comment below the painting, then we will let you know it.

All original artworks and poems are created by the artist, Yoonsoo Nam.
Any tips for developing a great art collection?
The artist, Yoonsoo is also available to help you find the right artworks for your space. Please send photos of your house or office by emailing namyoonsooart@gmail.com. She will suggest the appropriate artworks to match your style of home and other interior décors.
What is a limited edition artwork?
Fine art editions offer an affordable and accessible way to build an art collection. Editioned artworks can vary in medium (from prints and sculptures to utilitarian objects, for example) and are produced at one time by the artist in a limited number. No additional artworks are ever produced beyond the determined edition number, which is why they remain valuable investment opportunities.
What is a print?
Printmaking is an umbrella term for a variety of fine art techniques that involve producing an artwork in multiples. These include various methods developed throughout the course of art history—from traditions such as etching, woodcut printing, and lithography to more recent advances like digital printing—all of which are derived from the same concept: the artist transfers an image of his or her own design from a source (a metal, wood, or stone plate, for example) to paper, fabric, or the like. Prints are produced in finite editions; no additional artworks are ever produced beyond the determined edition number, which is why they remain valuable investment opportunities.

How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the item purchased, as well as by the item’s origin and the shipping destination. Shipping costs include all packaging, handling, and insurance fees. To estimate shipping costs on your order, add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart and enter your shipping location on your Cart page.
When will my order ship and be delivered?
Processing and shipping times vary according to the purchased item, its origin, and the shipping destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days. However, some items may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling. The expected processing time for each object is noted on the item detail page under “Shipping.”
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number.

How do I make a purchase?
NAMYOONSOO ART is a fully transactional ecommerce platform. Unless indicated as “Sold,” all items on the site are for sale and available to purchase directly through the site. To make a purchase, visit the detail page for the item you wish to buy and click “Add to Cart.” You can access “Your Cart” at any time by clicking the Cart page link, which is located in the site header. From the Cart page, you can continue the checkout process by selecting your preferred payment method (either credit card or PayPal).
What payment methods does NAMYOONSOO ART accept?
Our online checkout system accepts credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as PayPal.
What are your return and cancellation policies?
For Original Art
All original paintings are final sale and non-refundable.
For Damaged Prints
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to namyoonsooart@gmail.com. The representative will get back to you in 3 business days on how to proceed with your order.
Can I view the artwork in person prior to purchase?
We are unable to accommodate viewing sessions prior to purchase. However, you can ask us to show the artwork through “Zoom” for a more detailed look at an object.
